I always return here for the fantastic service. the staff once helped me find my lost barrette! It suits me perfectly with a rooftop pool, free parking, and a fitness center. I come back for business trips without regrets.

I really enjoyed the hotel. All the employees were excellent and affable. This venue was set in a central area next to Central Pattaya, and the water slides. What's more, there was a shopping mall within easy walking distance of the hotel.

the location of the hotel was central, near the water slides, markets and central pattaya. it was also within walking distance of a lively all-day market. all the staff were affable, excellent.

we had an amazing experience at Somerset. the corner unit sea view apartment was fabulous, well-equipped with cooking and laundry facilities, and even a hair straightener. the bed was comfy, hot water always available, and great wifi. staff were friendly, check-in/out smooth, and top-notch housekeeping. the pool with rooftop bar and water slides offered fantastic views.

Thoroughly enjoyed the twin room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. I could use an electric kettle, air conditioner, and a personal safe. Its location in Pattaya was marvellous, not far from Central Pattaya and the water slides. Everyone was EXCELLENT and friendly.

I particularly enjoyed the spacious accommodations with a beautiful sea view. Additionally, the location was ideal, putting me close to various attractions and activities.

This place is conveniently located near markets, Central area, and water slides, and just a 5-minute drive from Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Garden.

The room was cozy with a comfy bed and a lovely sea view balcony. I really enjoyed having a washer in the room for convenience. the pool area was fantastic and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was substandard and communication with staff was a bit challenging.

the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. the location is perfect with easy access to the mall and beach. the rooms are beautifully decorated and peaceful at night. there are plenty of children's activities available too. overall, a wonderful experience.
